5 Babymoon Tips for Pregnant Travel Mamas

Expectant parents often take a babymoon, or one last hurrah vacation before that bundle of joy comes along to interrupt meals and make reading a magazine on an airplane impossible. The thought is often, “We’ll never be able to travel again after the baby is born!” Of course, that’s just not the case. Travel with children requires more planning and may not be as relaxing as a trip sans kids, but it certainly can be every bit as joy-filled. Nonetheless, whether it’s your first baby or your fifth, a babymoon is a wonderful way to relax and celebrate couplehood with your partner before a baby’s arrival. Check out my five tips for traveling while pregnant in “Babymoon” Tips from The Travel Mama on the fabulous blog, Savvy Sassy Moms.

My friend and fellow travel lover, Andrea Fellman, created SavvySassyMoms.com as a fun resource for modern moms who haven’t lost their style to motherhood. It is a destination for great products, fun giveaways, useful tips, and supporting moms in business and the moms making a difference. Andrea wrote a guest blog post for Travel Mamas a couple months ago on Savvy Sassy Mom Travel Picks for Kids highlighting some snazzy travel gear for kids that every mom should check out!
