Travel Mamas 2nd Anniversary Celebration & Omni Hotels Giveaway

To commemorate the second anniversary of TravelMamas.com, I wanted to offer a truly fabulous giveaway as a thank you to the over 60,000 people who visited this site during the past year. When I launched Travel Mamas on March 29, 2009 I had no idea just how much I would grow to love my third baby – this blog! A weekend away at one of the 43 Omni Hotels & Resorts is an outstanding option for Travel Mamas and Travel Daddies planning a family-friendly vacation, romantic getaway, or trip with just the gals or guys. Choose a beachfront location like the Omni Hotel Amelia Island Plantation Resort in Florida (pictured below) or Omni Cancun Hotel & Villas in Mexico, or see the city sites during a stay at Omni Mont-Royal in Quebec, Canada or Omni Berkshire Place in New York.
Omni Sensational Kids caters to the hotels’ youngest guests. Upon check-in, children receive a goodie bag containing a flashlight for nighttime fun, a mini drum for making music, Twizzlers for a tasty treat, and other fun surprises. Kids also receive milk and cookies delivered to their guest room on the first night and can request to borrow a rolling backpack full of toys, books and games.
Omni Hotels in California, Texas, and Boston offer Kid’s Fantasy Suites that have kids’ bedding plus a connecting room for the parents and include bean bag chairs, an art table, books, games, and toys. Omni Executive Caryn Kboudi enlisted the help of her then ten-year-old daughter and friends to help pinpoint what young travelers would like in their hotel room. The omni hotel in San Francisco looks wonderful! The city is an special part of my childhood because my grandparents lived there for quite some time. My husband has yet to enjoy the city and it would be such a blessing to us newlyweds to win a trip that would allow me to share the memory of my grandparents with him!
